Member Congregations and Delegates

Each Member Congregation is entitled to designate one Delegate representative for each 100 confirmed members of the congregation, however no Member may have more than 31 Delegates. 

Delegates represent Member Congregations at the Semiannual and Annual Meetings of the Membership and vote on Foundation matters such as Grantmaking Guidelines, Election of Directors, and special grant requests.
