LUTHERAN PARK EVENTS / GROUNDS POLICY

1. Lutheran Park is available on a first come/first served basis. The park is open to the public so we do not reserve it for any specific function or event.
   
   
2. There are not exclusive rights given for any area of the park.
   
   
3. Any function or event occurring in Lutheran Park may not be in conflict with the Christian witness of this facility.
   
   
4. Public Restrooms are not available at Lutheran Park.
   
   
5. Structures and/or equipment are not permitted in the park. (i.e. rental chairs, tables, tents, amplifiers, inflatable games, restroom facilities, food preparation equipment, etc.)
   
   
6. We do not allow amplification of any kind out of respect to our neighbors.
   
   
7. No intoxicants of any kind are allowed in the park. Alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed, sold or given away on the premises.
   
   
8. The grounds should be left in a clean and orderly condition. All trash should be properly disposed of in the containers provided.
   
   
9. The staff of The Lutheran Foundation will not be expected to supervise activities held in the Lutheran Park.
   
   
10. The Lutheran Park Corporation authorizes The Lutheran Foundation blanket use of the park for Foundation sponsored events.
