Our 10-county service area covers Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties.

- Population: Approximately 681,000 (Projected population, 2015: 693,000).
- Notable cities and towns include Fort Wayne (Allen County), Auburn (DeKalb), Angola (Steuben), Huntington (Huntington) and Wabash (Wabash).
- Fort Wayne is home to the confluence of three rivers - the St. Mary's, the St. Joseph and the Maumee. In addition, the region is home to dozens of large and hundreds of smaller recreational lakes, including Lake Wawasee, Indiana's largest natural lake.
- 60 percent of our population is age 44 or younger; an additional 26 percent is between the ages of 45 and 64.
- 29 percent of our residents age 25 and older have a secondary degree.
- Our largest industries, in numbers of residents employed, include manufacturing, logistics (trade, transportation and utilities), construction, professional and business services, education and health care, and leisure and hospitality.
